Type  A turret  (vertical  turret)

The turret adopts a toothed clutch for positioning, with positioning accuracy of 5" and repeated accuracy of 3": The circular arc tooth type can withstand high cutting force, the  turret is driven by a high -torque hydraulic motor to rotate quickly, and the speed is controlled by a cam, so that the tool changing process is smooth. Controlled by an intelligent computer, it achieves bidirectional nearby tool selection to shorten the tool changing time.lt is suitable for machining workpieces with large diameter and deep hole, such as motor frames, truck brake drums, valves, etc.

 

Type E turret (horizontal turret)

The rotating disc type turret is designed with the nearby tool selection function, saving non-cutting time. The turret adopts a high-rigidity and high -strength toothed clutchwith high positioning accuracy and repeatability, showing the best machining capability. Related characteristics enable more significant efficiency in the automobile parts processing industry, such as brake discs, brake drums,wheel hubs,knuckles, etc.

 

Type B turret (comb type turret)

The comb type turret is simple in structure and not easily damaged, with strong rigidity, low investment cost and no tool changing time, so it is a good choice for simple machined objects.

 

V.D.I turret(horizontal power turret)

The high-rigidity V.D.I turret enables the machine tool to perform multifunctional machining such as turning, driling, tapping, etc., which can reduce the loading and  unloading time of workpieces and cost of fixtures, and reduce the logistics space.
