The CNC gear shaping machine is widely used for machining various types of disk gears, shaft gears, and helical gears (with special guideways). With the use of special and customized cutters, it can also perform machining of polygonal profiles and special couplings.
This machine is a six axis, four-linkage CNC gear shaping machine driven by AC servo motors. The main motion components--the cutter head assembly--adopt hydrostatic guideways and hydrostatic bearings, providing high speed, high precision, and excellent stability. The spindle and other key components are wear-free, maintaining accuracy over time, representing a domestically advanced technical level.
