This automated lathe is specially designed for
machining cage end faces and outer circles with high efficiency. It supports a maximum bed rotary diameter of Φ400 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Φ300 mm, and a maximum turning length of 500 mm, making it ideal for high-volume, precision production.
Equipped with an A2-6 spindle head, a spindle bore diameter of Φ55 mm, and MT6 taper, the machine ensures outstanding rigidity and stability during machining, accommodating a wide range of cage sizes.
The lathe delivers exceptional accuracy, with outer circle roundness ≤0.006 mm, cylindrical diameter consistency within 0.015 mm over 100 mm length, and end face flatness of 0.015 mm within Φ100 mm. This guarantees every component meets strict quality standards.
With surface roughness achievable from Ra 3.2 to Ra 1.6, the machine produces smooth, reliable cage surfaces, suitable for subsequent assembly or heat treatment. Its automated system ensures stable, efficient, and high quality production.

The innovative dual-jaw gripper design ensures simultaneous workpiece gripping and exchange within a single cycle, drastically minimizing waiting times and significantly boosting production efficiency.
The inner expansion section boasts a straight-segment design, delivering a larger contact area and ensuring uniform force distribution during clamping for superior stability.
The offset transfer mechanism is ingeniously engineered to prevent head collisions and minimize waiting time during simultaneous unloading. Robot 1 efficiently places the finished workpiece onto the transfer table, and as Robot 2 exits the unloading position, the mechanism smoothly transfers the product from the table to the main production line.
Our Automatic Truss Manipulator expertly handles materials, seamlessly picking up from the loading bin and delivering to the unloading bin with precision and care.
The gripper's top entry into the machine facilitates flawless workpiece exchange with the machine fixture, engaging in external clamping for enhanced operational consistency.
