It integrates multiple tooth-profile modification functions and supports an optional dedicated internal gear milling spindle box to expand machining capability. The machine can also be equipped with a rear column (available with optional tailstock or clamping block) to enhance rigidity for large-diameter parts.
All axes are protected by a real time safety monitoring system, complemented by an emergency retract function that safeguards both tools and equipment. The built in hobbing-milling composite software enables seamless switching between milling and hobbing operations. With a maximum outer diameter capacity of 5000 mm, a Z-axis travel of 1600 mm, and machining accuracy reaching Class 8-9 (GB), this machine is good for high-precision, large-scale gear manufacturing.
The machine delivers high precision and stability through its mechanical design. The gear driven hob spindle with backlash compensation and hydrostatic support ensures outstanding rigidity, while the HSK tool spindle with automatic clamping enhances accuracy and tool life. Steel-insert guideways with preloaded bearings provide precise linear motion and vibration control.
An optimized bed and column maximize structural rigidity, and the dual worm drive rotary table with hydrostatic guideways delivers zero backlash, DIN2 accuracy, and strong load capacity for reliable large gear machining.
