Δ GIV200 Grinding wheel dressing is realized in normal direction by interpolations through 3-axis linkage control with dynamic software compensations, which minimizes the effect on tooth profile by wear of dresser, and hence sharply increase life of dressing wheels. Besides involute, circular arc and triangle, various complex internal tooth profiles can also be ground through GUI programming.
In addition, the machine offers functions including automatic tooth aligning, profile modifications and lead modifications.

Δ With a solid machine bed of high-rigidity structure design, the machine has 5 AC servo CNC axes and 2 speed-regulated spindles. The grinding wheel spindle is driven by a high-speed servo spindle motor via belts.

Δ Using software that enables automatic programming of various cross-sectional parameters, we use grinding wheels that can be adjusted and compensated online to grind various high-precision gear parts.

Δ By using high-precision CNC indexing, online dynamic balancing, and online detection, indexing accuracy of +4" and online measurement of key parameters of gear parts can be achieved.
