(2)- Using one diamond dressing wheel can dress straight line , arc , involute in any direction and composite curve , and gear profile is not influenced by wear of shape of diamond dressing wheel and dressing precision is high .
(3)- Installation site of dresser and location of grinding head and grinding wheel are relatively fixed . The dresser can dress ( not grind ) grinding wheel at any location , which reduces empty travel time of grinding wheel dressing and sharply increases productivity .
2.The machine tool is equipped with online automatic measurement system and has functions of online measurement , automatic tool preset and gear profile error compensation of machined gears . The machine tool enjoys continuous scanning test head which has characteristics of high detection precision and fast speed .
3.The machine tool can also machine high precision epicycloids with installation of professional software developed independently . The machine tool has fine adaptability .
