Product Description

Turbine disks and blades are the most important products for the aerospace and energy industries using broaching technology. Turbine disks are of varying diameters and have radiating grooves in the disk. The machining accuracy and surface roughness of these grooves are very high, and the materials used are high-temperature alloys, which are very difficult to machine. Therefore, broaching is a very adaptableand economical method.
