The instrument adopts natural granite base, imported high precision rolling guide system and motion control system. The mechanical structure is optimized and designed through finite element analysis to ensure the accuracy and stability. The Swiss high-precision micrometer sensor and imported data acquisition and processing system are adopted to ensure high-precision measurement. The software system adopts the measurement software based on WINDOWS platform, users can freely choose the measurement items according to the measured workpiece, and the measurement results can be evaluated according to a variety of standards such as GB, ISO, DIN, etc. and the report card can be printed.

2Δ. Our company is the first one machine control system in China, the control mode adopts CMC pulse control, the control position is clear and grating feedback one by one correspondence, realize precise positioning.
