Our servo spline rolling machines, available in
both vertical and horizontal configurations, are engineered for high-precision and high-efficiency forming of various splines, serrations, and gear profiles. The machine body is constructed from wear-resistant castings made of special materials, featuring a preloaded rigid frame that ensures excellent structural stability and long-term durability.
Equipped with a hollow ball screw and an independent oil cooling unit, the system maintains constant temperature control of the screw, guaranteeing stable accuracy even under continuous operation. The
dual servo motors with full closed-loop synchronization provide a low-noise, precise forming process, while the intelligent front and rear servo ejector system enhances clamping safety and detection reliability.
The machine supports a wide range of die combinations, including reversible rolling, effectively reducing tooling consumption. With one-time clamping, it allows multi-section rolling through reciprocating motion, greatly improving forming efficiency.
Additional intelligent features
include a guideway lubrication monitoring system, high-flow coolant circulation, and thermal compensation technology to ensure stable forming and long service life.
