Introduction:
Customized Vertical Five-axis Linkage Machining Center is equipped with the Heidenhain system as the standard configuration,featured high positioning accuracy and fast response speed, enabling five-axis linkage machining. 
Equipped with an automatic tool changer and automatic measuring devices for parts and tools, thus achieving efficient and automated processing.

Composition and Motion Modes of the Machine Tool:
The machine tool is composed of components such as the bed, column, beam, ram box, ram, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling chip removal system, electrical numerical control system, detection system, and fully enclosed protection system. Its motion modes are as follows: the ram box moves left and right (X-axis), the beam moves back and forth (Y-axis), the ram moves up and down (Z-axis), the cradle turntable swings on the A-axis, and the C-axis rotates. The movements in all directions can be automatically controlled by the control unit, realizing five-axis linkage machining.

Materials, Structure, and Transmission System of the Machine Tool:
The main castings of this machine tool are made of high-strength cast iron materials using resin sand molding. It adopts a reasonable box and rib structure, which has excellent bending resistance, good rigidity, and outstanding stability. The main movement of the machine tool uses an imported electric spindle. The spindle speed can reach up to 18,000 r/min, and it supports automatic spindle broach loosening. The X, Y, and Z axes are driven by servo motors, which directly drive the ball screw to rotate through couplings. The A and C axes are driven by torque motors, ensuring that the transmission system has high motion accuracy and transmission rigidity.

The HEIDENHAIN TS 460 is a workpiece touch probe primarily used in CNC machining centers for automated measurement and tool setting tasks:
