The machine tool control system
adopts German Siemens 828d CNC system, with DNC function, I / O interface, USB2.0 interface, RS232 serial port, 220V power interface, storage capacity of 1280M, Internet Ethernet socket and TCP / IP protocol. It also has interpolation function and automatic fault diagnosis display function, including monitoring, detection, alarm and fault content of electrical system, with resume records.
The machine tool is composed of four axes, of which X1 and X2 axes are transverse feed system, Z1 and Z2 axes are up and down reciprocating system of grinding wheel, and four axis two linkage NC double column compound grinder. Two grinding wheel shafts, one of which is used for grinding inner diameter, inner end face and outer diameter; The other grinding wheel shaft is used for external face grinding, and the grinding wheel speed has stepless speed regulation function.
