This machine tool is a two axis two linkage CNC vertical internal (or external) grinding machine, which can grind the internal (external) circle of parts, step holes and other multiple surfaces. 2. The machine tool is a single column (Z axis) on which a beam (X axis) is erected. (Z axis) moves up and down. (X axis)moves left and right.The static spindle is fixed on the machine bed to drive the work piece to rotate. and the work piece fixture adopts magnetic chuck or chuck. 3. The machine tool is fully enclosed and protected. The electrical cabinet is installed at the back of the machine body, and the mobile control box is located at the right front of the machine tool. The left and right dressers are used for grinding wheel dressing. lt has the functions of automatic grinding wheel dressing and automatic compensation. |
