Product Description

GS400 High-efficiency and high-precision gear shaping machine processing all kinds of disk teeth, shaft teeth, helical teeth (special guide). Especially suitable for precision gearbox, automobile, aviation and other manufacturing industries, mass production.

1) The bed is equipped with embedded steel guide rails and rolling element structure, which has better cutting rigidity and is more suitable for spiral feed cutting;

2) A larger stroke (130mm), tooth width (120mm), and machining diameter (outer tooth 400mm.inner tooth 320mm+tool diameter) make the machining range wider. For workpieces with small modules but large tooth width or diameter, there is no need to choose a larger model, which is more economical and efficient:
