Specifically designed for induction hardening of inner cavities and splines on short-stemmed outer race CV joints, this machine is widely used in high-precision manufacturing fields such as automotive components and transmission systems. Featuring a two-station through-type configuration, it integrates inner cavity hardening and spline hardening functions, enabling continuous loading/unloading and highly automated production.
The system can be seamlessly integrated into automated production lines, supporting unmanned, high-volume, stable operation.For inner cavity hardening, a hollow three-jaw chuck grips the workpiece stem, with the workpiece rotating and the inductor stationary, ensuring uniform heating. For spline and shaft hardening, the workpiece is precisely located via a lower fixture (using the inner bore taper and end face of the housing) and clamped by an upper center, guaranteeing accurate positioning and stable clamping.
The entire machine is controlled by a Siemens 828D CNC system, enabling full automation of the hardening process. It is equipped with a comprehensive process data monitoring system that allows real-time monitoring, recording, storage, and export/printing of critical parameters such as temperature, time, and traverse speed.
The quenching fluid system features a separate sump tank and return pump, with the medium circulated through a dedicated filtration system, significantly improving cooling uniformity and extending fluid service life. With high automation, stable operation, and easy maintenance, this machine is an ideal heat treatment solution for efficient, high-quality mass production of key components in automotive transmission systems.

The flat conveyor chain feeds the materials into the feed conveyor chain end one by one. The feed conveyor chain is made of stainless steel and driven by an AC motor.
Siemens 828D CNC system realizes automatic control of quenching process program.
The inner cavity hardening process uses a loading/unloading manipulator to hold the splines, driven by an AC motor to rotate the gripper. The gripper jaws are made of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and rust prevention.
The upper center point uses a pneumatic elastic compression spring structure to compensate for the elongation of the workpiece during thermal expansion. The upper center point seat adjustment is achieved through motor-driven trapezoidal screw transmission, enabling the clamping of workpieces of different heights.
After heating, the built-in laser marking system prints ID codes on the housing to identify parts. During batch product testing, the machine ran stably.
After spline heating,followed by rapid cooling and spray cooling.
The equipment's spline hardening station is designed with an auxiliary spray cooling function.
