The machining efficiency of the CNC high speed gear milling machine is 3 to 6 times higher than that of traditional gear shaping or hobbing.

CNC high speed gear milling machine, featuring a moving column and rotary table layout. The milling spindle head adopts dual-side drive and active backlash elimination to ensure high rigidity during the gear milling process. It is mainly used for efficient machining of cylindrical gears.

The column adopts a double-web structure, and the machine bed guideway features a "rolling + sliding" design, providing high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance.

Equipped with a high performance carbide cutter head and optimized single index cross tooth machining software, the machine can perform gear milling with either equal or unequal division.

The machine is equipped with an integrated floor-type hydrostatic worktable driven by a large-diameter double worm gear set, ensuring superior rigidity and stability during high-speed cutting. A matching chip removal system is provided for smooth evacuation, while the semi-enclosed guard protects the machine, and the X/Z-axis guideways are fully enclosed for complete protection.

In the picture, 400 straight teeth are being milled. We provide integrated process support, covering gear milling cutter head and fixture design, as well as the optimization of tooth profile and milling parameters, ensuring both machining quality and production efficiency.
