CNC rack milling machine is a special machine tool for the processing of rack, which is suitable for the tooth shape processing of cylinder piston and automobile steering gear rack.

This machine tool is a three-axis CNC machine tool with AC servo drive and CNC control.
 
1. Tool spindle rotary motion: B-axis, by Siemens servo spindle motor to realize stepless speed regulation;. 
2. Column longitudinal feeding motion: X-axis, driven by AC servo-driven ballscrews to realize the workpiece machining width direction of the column feed and fast back. 
3. Tool vertical feeding movement: Z-axis, driven by AC servo-driven ball screw to realize the workpiece tooth depth direction of the feed.
