3.Grinding wheel dressing is realized in normal direction by interpolation through 3- axis linkage control with dynamic software compensation , which minimizes the effect on tooth profile by wear of dresser , and hence sharply increases life of dressing wheels . Besides involute , circular arc and triangle , various complex internal tooth profiles can also be ground through GUI programming . In addition , the machine offers functions including automatic tooth aligning , profile modification and lead modification .
