Product Description

The main shaft of the equipment workpiece is driven by frequency modulation reducer, and the speed is adjustable. The pneumatic or electric grinding head holds the sheet grinding wheel, and the grinding edge processing is carried out along the tooth end contour by floating grinding method, and the single and bilateral chamfering processing is also manually selected, and the processed edge belt is uniform,continuous, high finish, and soft and hard tooth surfaces.Suitable for both pre- and post-hot workpiece grinding.

1.The machine tool does not need a tooth splitting mechanism, toothed leaning plate and tool setting device,simple adiustment operation, convenient production change, convenient maintenance, low failure rate and wide range of applicaton, effectively improving production effciency.

2.The tool used in the machine tool is a sheet grinding wheel, which is low cost and can effectively reduce production costs.

3.A built-in vacuum port can be used to process and collet most of the dust and iron filings produced by grinding.
