Adopting a variety of truncated shape parameterized automatic programming software, the grinding wheels can be trimmed and compensated online to grind and process all kinds of high-precision gear parts.
It can realize the indexing accuracy of 4" and the online measurement of the main parameters of gear parts.
Adopting the grinding wheel with the same shape as the gear tooth groove to be processed for form grinding, the tooth shape processing can be completed in one feed, avoiding the spreading error and ensuring the precision of the tooth shape.
Supporting module 1-16mm, it is capable of processing both small module precision gears and large module heavy-duty gears. Equipped with high-precision diamond roller or CNC dressing device to ensure the consistency of the grinding wheel profile after each dressing.
