right-angle milling head is installed on the ram end of gantry millingmachine, floor boring machine, etc. to realize milling and boring.

The milling head is connected to the machine tool by an over-pad (theover-pad is customized according to the user's machine interface size)

 

1. right-angle milling head is very easy to install by screwing the head directly to the machine ram.

2.Tool mounting
Once the milling head has been calibrated by the calibration mandrel, thetool can be mounted for machining.
a. Insert the tool in the tapered hole.
b. Tighten the tool with the puller screw.

3. Adjustment of milling head angle
In the process of use, often because of the different machining surfaces of the workpiece, it is necessary to adjust the angle of the miling head toadapt to the multi-angle machining.
a. Loosen the tensioning screw to facilitate the attachment milling headcan be freely transposed.
b. Gently rotate the milling head by hand, align the scale on the dial and adjust to the angle you need.
e. Tighten the tensioning screw slowly after turning to the angle to prevent the angle from being affected by tightening too fast.
d. Tighten the screw, then the entire steering process is complete, and then the accuracy and angle of the test (accuracy test see five), after the completion of the test to install the tool can be processed
