Honing machine is mainly used for finishing and superfinishing of inner holes of precision parts.In the working process of machine tools, workpieces are flexibly clamped and self-contained. The relative grinding pressure of the honing abrasive is smaller, and special honing oil is used to cool the abrasive, so the deformation is small, so the honing abrasive can get higher dimension, accuracy, geometric accuracy and surface roughness. During processing, the honing head and the workpiece move in relative reciprocating and rotating motion, so that the workpiece is machinedtable.The cross mesh of the mask is beneficial to the maintenance of the lubricating oil film and can effectively eliminate the sanding phenomenon after honing.
