Product Description

1. The machine tool is a three-axis (X feeding axis, Z1 grinding wheel axis, Z2 grinding wheel axis) two linkage CNC compound grinding machine, which is mainly used to grind the inner circular hole, inner conical hole, step hole, inner end face, outer circle and outer end face of the work piece. The grinding cycle is completed automatically (with automatic feed, withdrawal, rough grinding and fine grinding); Automatic dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, etc.).

2. The machine tool adopts the structural mode of work piece box do the forward and backward feeding movement and worktable (grinding wheel frame) do the left-right movement. The guide rails of worktable and grinding wheel frame are rolling linear guide rails, which are driven by servo motor. The rotation speed of work piece spindle and grinding wheel spindle are controlled by frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation.The work piece clamping is a hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the particularity of the user's work piece.

3.The machine tool is a fully enclosed protective cover, with a front rotary operation box and a rear backpack electrical cabinet.
